Event 1 RX & Scaled

10CAP

  • 1RPM Complex of: 1 Thruster + 1 Split Jerk

Event 2 RX & Scaled

For Time:

  • 100 Thrusters (RX 74/53) (SC 54/38) Each partner gets ONE attempt.

  • Remaining reps if not completed = Burpee Over Bar

Example: Partner One does 40 Thrusters & Partner Two does 25 Thrusters = 65 Thrusters. That means the team has 35 Burpee Over Bar to complete to finish WOD.

Event 3 RX

For Time: (Total Reps)

  • 30 Pullups

  • 30 Pushups

Into:

  • 20 Chest to Bar

  • 20 DB Push Press (50/35)

Into:

  • 10 Strict Pullups

  • 10 Handstand Pushups

Event 3 Scaled

For Time:

  • 40 Jump Pullups

  • 30 Knee Pushups

Into:

  • 30 Jump Pullups

  • 20 DB Push Press (35/20)

Into:

  • 10 Jump Chest to Bar Pullup

  • 5 Wall Walk to 3’ Mark
